Review: Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows 2011
Once again, we are pleased with interesting and exciting investigation. Everything seems to be, like in the first part of the movie the same actors, same style of play, the same director, but the impression is quite different. This is no longer so much the interpretation of the film about Sherlock Holmes; it’s rather an entertaining blockbuster. But it was nice to dive with the main characters in another investigation with all the associated attributes.

I do not know what exactly Guy Ritchie lacked to replicate the success of the first picture - the experience, or the skill or a coherent position in negotiations with producers, but the sequel turned out to be worse than the original.

Robert Downey Jr. is my favorite actor, his film such as Iron Man fascinate. the movie Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows is no exception

In fact, the continuation of our promise. It is not known, however, exactly when, but it should be. And the end of this film is a reminder.

Frankly, the film impressed. Not that he was better than the first part, and it lit up something special ... but somehow he has to himself.

Jude Law in an interview rashly remarked that "the principal ornament of the film he is." Well. Allow me to disagree, Mr. Lowe.

Dr. Watson in his performance was ... not very realistic, say so. Even in comparison with all the same the first part, not to mention our, Soviet, Watson. Jude Law is definitely a talented actor, a handsome man, and so on, but with such a statement, he clearly lost his temper.

As for me, it was the real gem of Robert Downey Jr. and Sherlock. His Holmes, let out of it and strive to make a super-hero of his time, and there is one twist that makes this film go to the crowds. As Captain Jack Sparrow in the infamous "Pirates of the Caribbean", the private detective reflects the spirit of the whole picture. And it copes with it brilliantly.

Still, as in every other movie, I would like to acknowledge the work of Hans Zimmer. He is deservedly considered one of the best composers in Hollywood, and, indeed, his every tune perfectly complements the film, helping to feel part of the event.

And, the last positive, which I discovered for myself in the new "Sherlock Holmes" became landscapes. Each view, whether it's muddy streets of Paris, or the dense German forest captures and amazes. Because of them, the film is a pleasure to watch.

As for the negative impressions ...

Too much, they strive to show the heroism and invincibility of the main character, respectively, spending too much special effects and introducing it in situations that are far from horrible real possibilities a mere mortal.

The shots, which the film is more than enough really cause a burning desire to immediately get headphones, so realistically, they hit the unprotected and untrained ears.

And, in fact, a detective who is famous for Mr. Holmes, there was not too much. I remember when viewing and discussing the first part of the movie, all enthusiastically shared their unusual plot twists, and on every street corner discussing the mystery that surrounded the main villain. Here, it was clear from the first minute. And yet, the writers still managed to spin the story so that the scene has to watch carefully. And that, in principle, good!
